So I thought it would hold 100 cigars, but it really only holds about 50-60 - the humidifiers did not stick, and the gauge glass was broken - it could be really good, but that would require that it be full depth it is on an angle - so I would buy a different one in the future.

The humidor box is great. The glue to hold the magnets for the accessories is not so good and kept on peeling off the wood. I had to use other glue to make them stick.

Love this humidor????My only issue has been trying to get the hygrometer to stay put.im gonna try super glue???????

I received the humidor just a couple of weeks ago. The seasoning process went quick enough but about the time I was ready to load up my cigs I discovered one of the side handles had worked its way loose and came off in my hands. I then called customer service (CS) (first time caller). Once I explained to Natalie at CS the issue she immediately said a new humidor would be shipped out. No questions asked. In the meantime I've received a new delivery of cigs from CI and am using the defective humidor until the replacement arrives. Humidity is holding rock solid so no issues to report in that area. About the color. Looking at my humidor and comparing it to the picture on-line I have to say they're a reasonable match. The red is as advertised and not at all offensive. All in all I'm a happy customer both with the product and service provided by CI.

Great humidor. Threw a few Boveda 80s in it to season. Put in a digital hygrometer for accuracy. Filled up the two humidifiers...and perfection. Holds a good amount of cigars and presents very well. No problem with keeping the proper humidity after owning for a number of months now.

I received the Sterling 100 packaged VERY well and it was in perfect condition when I opened it. It took a little over two days for the humidity and temperature levels to get where they needed to be. A couple of things about this humidor: It is phsically very large.... a bit bigger than I expected It is VERY well made. It's classy looking with all of my nice cigars visible thru the large glass. Temperature and humidity have held firm. It is a little more red than it looks in the picture (as another eviewer stated). I bought this on the "Bid" site for way less than the price here (got lucky!). This humidor is a definite "Buy" in my opinion.

While I'm very happy with the design of the Sterling Humidor, a warning must be made that the finish is very red. Not mahogany red, not even cherrywood red, more like Chinese lacquer red, well maybe that's an exaggeration but suffice to say the takeaway is red. Other than that so far so good, I have +/- 60 sticks holding at 70% and the glass top view provides interest and promotes conversation.
